Many of you who have been reading for awhile know that several of my posts have included pictures of our Boxers, Junior and Bubba. (Junior has the cropped ears and Bubba has the floppy ears.) Junior and Bubba are litter mates and were 8 years old on September 21, which is also Hans' birthday. They are wonderful, gentle dogs who love children. I thought it ironic that on the same day I posted the picture of Junior sitting on Hans... while Hans was searching for the refrigerator leak, Junior was diagnosed with lymphoma. I will, of course, dedicate many of my posts to our dogs in the future. P.S. I will make a donation of $50 to our local animal shelter in the winner's name.
