John Isner had just TOO TALL of a game for Andy Roddick. Literally and figuratively.
As for the rest of the day...there's still laundry to do, clothes to pack, floors to vacumn...BUT, no chips, salsa, or beer was consumed.
Not until the Oklahoma State game was over did my son stop reminding me that he could have been there if I had not made him to commit to the weekend with the family before he realized what the game was.
The other son and girlfriend were equally unhappy about missing her first in 6 years home Nebraska game.
It's a wonder they either one survived with no tv or radio. Thank goodness for cell phones with internet and score updates.
