Hmmm... Obviously flightless... my guess is the famous Grand Junction Penguin! Too small for the Grand Junction Ostrich.

Well the one in the center looks like a 'cher-u-upka munk', the others look like cassin finch... A site below to find them one to compare house vs cassin vs purple finch.

He looks like he stuffed all the birdseed in his fat little face and is sitting as still as he can so the 3 birds that outnumber him won't peck him to death.

I am no expert or anything! But I would say that wee birdie is a chipmunk! (I have it on good authority, the boys are big fans of their music!) Somebody is freeloading! But lets not hex him or anything on the account that he is rather cute and good looking! Also he is so small Im sure he is not taking more than his share! He fits in quite well! Im not prejudiced! yada yada yada!)
